The object - a long-term education-training process of qualified female athletes who specialize in athletic jumping. Aim - develop and experimentally test a conceptual model of managing long-term education-training process of qualified female athletes who specialize in athletic jumping; Methods: analysis of scientific literature, synthesis, summarizing, comparison, systematization and teacher observation (visual and through technical devices) ,measurement, description (verbal, graphical, mathematical), pedagogical experiment, interview (conversation, interviews) , the method of expert evaluation, methods of mathematical statistics; Novelty - developed a conceptual model of managing long-term education-training process; developed a method of improving biokinematic and biodynamic characteristics of running takeoff and repulsion in high and long jumps with takeoff using additional appliances; developed methods of control in managing the education- training process; developed a set of additional stimulation-recovery appliances; developed a method of forecasting efficiency of training process athletes in the annual cycle of preparation based on identifying the most informative parameters of special physical and technical preparedness that affect performance in athletic jumping; improved the structure and content of the stages of deep basic training and maximum realization of individual potential; experimentally proven efficiency of the management model of a long-term education- training process; data of biokinematic and biodynamic characteristics of a technique in high and long jumps with running takeoff was supplemented. Results - developed a conceptual model of managing long-term system of preparation female athletes who specialize in athletics jumping, based on a set of various structural elements that are subordinated to solving major strategic goal - to achieve a high athletic performance; developed a method of determining the most informative parameters that affect performance in athletic jumping; experimentally proved the efficiency of the conceptual management model in education-training process of qualified female athletes who specialize in athletic jumping; branch - physical education and sport.
