Essay

The author shows the legal mechanisms of state anti-establishment and development of alternative political forces. Specifics of secret intelligence and intelligence activities of the organs of the Cheka-GPU-OGPU in the struggle and the disruption of the socio-political opposition. The marked role of official state media in the ideological assistance of the approval of the Bolshevik Hegemony. It is proved that the Bolshevik party, in fight with political opponents, puts into circulation frankly nihilistic concept of "revolutionary legal consciousness".
