Essay

The thesis deals the emergence and functioning of the Soviet state in Ukraine and relations between the center of power - the Kremlin with subcenter of power in Ukraine between the two world warsin terms of broad historical perspective. This is the first stage of the nearly 100-years existence of more or less autonomous republic / country as part of a single union of Soviet state. Analysis of the relationship center -subcenter of power on the example of the political leadership of the Ukrainian SSR and the Soviet Union carried out by the study of interactive actions and conflicts between institutional and personal political actors. The role of V. Lenin, I. Stalin, L. Trotsky, Ch. Rakovsky, G. Pyatakov, E. Kviringand other leaders of the Communist Party clarified in establishment of party-soviet sub-centers of power in Ukraine. Studied the characteristics of Soviet Ukraine's incorporation into the Soviet Union, the implementation of policy of Ukrainianization as social mobilization of Ukrainians around the slogans of the Communist Party to form a new community / nation - the Soviet people. Particular attention is drawn to the personal relationship of leaders of the RCP(b)-VKP(b) and leaders of the CP(b)U, which allowed to explore the transformation of the communist dictatorship from the party oligarchy to personal power of Stalin. Support of top managers of the CP(b)U of Stalin promoted the formation of his group in the Kremlin, which was based on an extensive clientele in the regions of the USSR, as well as strengthening the personal power of Stalin.
