Taking as an aim of the thesis of determination and justification of the main contours of philosophical paradigm pedagogical discourse at the beginning of the XXI century in the context of globalization and information transformation of education the philosophical analysis of the concept, nature and sources of the pedagogical discourse are done. Thoroughly the characteristics of the subject and object of pedagogical discourse. The characteristics of scientific and philosophical plane pedagogical discourse at the beginning of the XXI century are shown. The principles of preparation of the teacher to introduce discursive technologies are substantiated.
