Object: Repressive policy of Soviet power in the Ukrainian village in 20-30-years XX century. Purpose: Basing on the study of historical sources and historiography achievements objectively and comprehensively reproduce repressive policies of Soviet power in the Ukrainian village 1925-1939 in the context of the Stalinist regime course aimed at building a socialist society. Methods: scientific, specific historical, especially historical, interdisciplinary. The dissertation is the first complex research of the repressive policies of the Soviet regime in the Ukrainian village in 1925-1939. The directions, the decision mechanisms, ways to implement repressive solutions were characterized. The role of the justice bodies, GPU-NKVD, government institutions in the deployment of mass terror against Ukrainian peasants and workers of the agricultural sector was analyzed.
