The paper developed a new methodology of structural and parametric analysis of project management systems to simulate trajectories of development projects, including a set of models and methods of organizational management, which form the phenomenological reflection of progress and impact of projects. Developed typical Markov model state changes of project management with discrete states and times. Completed study the fundamental laws of project management based on typical patterns of project management / program / project portfolio.
