Doletstyi S. Theoretical and clinical experimental substantiation of cows' mineral turnover disorder prevention in biogeochemical areas of Ukraine

The dissertation is based on complex researches of clinical, morphological and biochemical parameters of blood, mass-spectrographic analysis of soil, feeds and diet, established peculiarities of mineral turnover disorder of the lactating cows in western, northeastern, central and southern biogeochemical areas of Ukraine under the modem conditions of ecological, anthropogenic and technogenic effect and their combined influence, that cause changes of biogeocoenose, theoretically and experimentally proved some etiologic and pathogenic mechanisms of the lactating cows' mineral turnover disorder, offered methods of the complex group prevention against different forms of osteodystrophy and polymicroelementosis and animals' therapy for these pathologies, which is a new solution of scientific issues. For the therapy and prevention of mineral turnover disorder was developed the complex therapeutic and preventive veterinary preparation called Minpankor which was used for osteodystrophy and polymicroelementosis and Pankorm - feed supplement. Veterinary preparation has expressed therapeutic and preventive effect, and feed supplement has a preventive effect.
