Krasnokutskyi O. The Interdependence of Political and Legal Consciousness: a Problem of Creation of State Forming Ideology.

The object is mental theoretical models of the state forming ideology. The aim is the implementation of social and philosophic analysis of the creation of state forming ideology and to the identification of the determiners that optimize the development of a state forming ideological phenomenon in the modern Ukraine. The methods are the principle of comprehensiveness, social determinism, historicism, dialectical of unity social theory and social practice. While researching, a state forming ideological procedural phenomenon is conceptualized as well as its main constituents such as political and legal consciousness are determined. The interdependence between the constituents are revealed and justified as the principal regularity of its formation and development. Simultaneously, the system of factors that optimizes the development of this variety of ideology in the Ukrainian society is defined. It includes a "theoretical" unit above which there exists a "cultural", "organizational" and other system units. Application sphere is the training courses.
