Essay

In the thesis is presented the new data of theoretical and experimental justification of conducting epizootic monitoring viral disease among population of wild pigs in Ukraine (African swine fever, reproductive and respiratory syndrome, Aujeszky disease, Teschen disease, circovirus infection), and the results of serological, virological, molecular genetic studies of these pathogens and was given the development of their diagnosis. During the period of 2001-2013 in various regions of Ukraine in terms of districts, regions, and hunting seasons were set parameters of serum prevalention with the level of specific humoral antibodies in the serum blood of wild boars to above pathogens. From pathological material of wild pigs were selected virus isolates of African swine fever, reproductive and respiratory syndrome, Aujeszky disease, Teschen disease, circovirus infection of pigs and studied their cultural and molecular genetic properties. Was developed diagnostic kit of Aujeszky diseaese by micromethod of neutralization; technology production of Fitz-specific antibodies for immunofluorescence diagnosis of African swine fever and set their specificity by comparison with the commercial analogue in smears of pathological material from sick and dead wild pigs of this disease. Developed, tested and validated PCR test system in real time to indicate a DNA circovirus of second type in biological material intravital method of saliva selection in wild pigs for the purpose of monitoring researches of African swine fever.
