Research object: management of innovative processes in processing agricultural enterprises (MIPPAE); the purpose of the work: the development and rationale of methodology and appropriate means of economic and mathematical modeling and information technology in the management of innovation processes in MIPPAE in a state of uncertainty and the resultant risk; research methods and instruments: systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, economic and mathematical modeling, identification methods, optimization methods, multivariate canonical, clustering, regression, economic and financial analysis, comparisons, forecasting and planning; theoretical and practical results: the condition of innovation activity of processing agricultural enterprises in Ukraine is analyzed, and the main tendencies of its development are determined, the internal and external environment regarding the promotion of innovation activity of processing agricultural enterprises is examined, the concept of modeling in MIPPAE is worked out, based on the concept, the system of mathematical models is built, in the models, in addition to innovation and investment aspects, the processes of the main production of processing agricultural enterprises are represented in detail, namely, the conceptual model of dynamic optimization of MIPPAE, the general model of program MIPPAE, the general model of adaptive MIPPAE, the detailed model of multi-criteria optimization of MIPPAE in a state of uncertainty and the resultant risks, the methods of solving the problem of dynamic optimization of management of innovation processes considering the risks are adapted, the task of identification of parameters of dynamic management modeling of innovation processes of enterprises is solved, the module program complex “The System of Information Support of Management of Innovation Processes of Processing Agricultural Enterprises”; subject and degree of introduction: the development introduced to the work of the Economic Development Department of the agrarian market of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, SRI "Institute of Agrarian Economics", Institute of Food Resources NAAS, Ukrainian Research Institute of oils and fats NAAS, the Department of Agricultural Development of Kharkiv and Kherson Regional State Administrations, Mariupol branch SE "Ukrvetsanzavod" Gosvetfitosluzhby of Ukraine, State Enterprise "Ivashkovskiy distillery" State Concern alcohol and alcoholic beverage industry Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, "Taifun-2000», the educational process of the Faculty of Management and Economics V.V.
