Zachko O. Methodology of safety-oriented project management of development the complex systems (for the example of civil protection)

The thesis resolved important scientific and applied problem of construction the methodological foundations of safety-oriented project management of complex organizational and technical systems on the example of civil protection. Developed the conceptual-categorical apparatus and the concept of safety-oriented project management of complex systems. The approach for development of models of life cycle of project product of complex regional system infrastructure development is proposed. Scientific results obtained in thesis complement existing project management methodology and change the philosophy of perception of value characteristics of the project considering new component "safety of project".
