Essay

The object of the study is the system of professional training of teaching staff; the goal is to find ways, opportunities and prospects of integration of science and education in the training of teaching staff in modern social and cultural contexts; the methods are as follows: historical and genetic, phenomenological, hermeneutic, dialectical, analytical and forecasting, structural and functional analysis, system analysis, comparative analysis; as the research results the integrated interaction of science and education in the training of teaching staff was conceptualized as a multilevel and multidimensional process; there were provided groundings on procedural nature of research and educational integration, which is happening at the micro level of agents and recipients, at the meso-level of educational institutions and curriculum options, and at the macro level of education policy; it was proved that transversal educational rationality provides the opportunities for the required mutual transition between these levels; it was grounded that the integration of education and science in pedagogical universities has its own specifics, which is to strengthen the role of interdisciplinary synthesis as a prerequisite for the integration of science and education in training of teaching staff; materials of this research paper and its strategies may be used in development of special courses on educational philosophy and pedagogy, they may also be applied by the teachers of university lecturers and schools teachers; the specialization is the Philosophy of Education.
