Essay

It has been proved that openness of education as an innovative characteristic feature of education in general and education systems in particular shows itself in openness of the processes of man's learning of the environment, in his/her perception of changeable socio-cultural conditions throughout life, which finds its reflection in the content of education and its organizational forms. Taking into consideration the results of the research, the author has grounded the assumption that openness of education systems foresees creation of open educational space that embodies combination of resources (learning and methodical, material and technical, personnel, scientific and research) at education institutions of various levels within the systems of formal, non-formal (also distant) and informal education.
