Essay

The philosophical theory of collective activity enables rethinking the principles of formation and change of social structure of the society as a relentless process of loss and recovery of coordination in conjunction of significant amount of collective activities available in a particular society. Value parameters of collective activity serve at least two major social functions: first, they express the reasons of individuals engagement by collective activities, that is, they act as primary motivational force of durable coordination by individuals their behavior with other individuals; secondly, value parameters of collective activity is an important factor of its coordination with other collective activities that has far-reaching consequences - up to determining the total value disposition of the society and the state in dramatic situations of value and civilization choice. Collective activity appears as a coherent social action of a significant number of participants of social communication, united by common values.
