Antohiuk T. International cooperation of high schools in conditions of independence (1991 - 2012 years.): experience of the Kiev universities.

The dissertation presents a comprehensive analysis of international relations of Kyiv universities in terms of reforming of higher education system in Ukraine in the period of independence. The development of leading Kyiv universities international relations is reviewed in the context of the socio-political and scientific-educational transformations that took place in Ukraine in 1991 - 2012 years. The dissertation shows the importance of international activities of universities for their innovative development and consolidation of world scientific and educational space. The basic factors that inhibit the integration processes in the scientific and educational spheres are discovered. Particular attention is paid to untapped capabilities of activation of universities international cooperation and integration processes in higher education.
