Unguryan L. Theoretical and practical substantiation of the concept of pharmaceutical care of the population on the basis of logistic service

With the help of scientific analysis of publications of the pharmaceutical profile from the 50s of the last century, characteristic patterns of each of the six stages in the development of pharmaceutical practice as a social institution and a special form of activity have been determined. Components of the pharmaceutical practice, which include: providing population with medicines; pharmaceutical ethics and deontology; the system of the problems associated with the drug supply of the pharmaceutical care and its elements: pharmaceutical diagnosis, prevention and pharmaceutical information, have been specified. Simulation and theoretical foundation of the scientific bases of correlation of logistic service of pharmacy visitors with the concepts of pharmaceutical practice and proper pharmacy practice, as well as with the mission and the requirements of proper pharmacy practice and professional roles of pharmacists have been carried out. It has been shown that each of the four components of the proper pharmacy practice is implemented taking into account all the elements of the logistics of patient care. In its turn, the first direction of the proper pharmacy practice is based on three elements, the second and the third - on six, the fourth - on all the elements of logistics services. A priori ranking of 12 factors determining the level of logistization of pharmaceutical practice has been made.
