Sadivnychyy V. The formation of the national information space in the medical press segment of Naddnipryanska Ukraine in XIX - early XX centuries: typology, functional and semantic features, communicative and pragmatic components

The regularities of formation in the information space of specialized medical periodicals and serials of Naddnipryanska Ukraine in the second half of XIX - early XX centuries are under research. The basic tendencies of their structuring and functioning are studied; the bibliography of 186 units is given, introducing it as an object of investigation in Science of Social Communications. The author's definitions of "specialized medical periodicals and serials (prolonged publications)", "specialized medical information space" are posted. The problem-thematic and semantic features of the content, and also communicative-pragmatic components of specialized information are under analysis. Intensity indicators of specialized communication are defined, principles of typological characteristics are developed. Justification of the theory of specialized medical press is introduced. Areas of scientific and practical activities within the history and theory of journalism is considered as a structural element of social communications.
