Object of the study - the processes of preparation cellulose-containing textile materials at low temperature and short time. The purpose of research - scientific substantiation of physical and chemical processes occurring during desizing, whitening and mercerization, and the development of training technologies cellulose-containing textile materials at low temperatures, that will provide high-quality products while reducing its cost, increased productivity and increased production on existing equipment finishing of textile industry. Research methods - the method of system analysis, the method of modeling and simulation of processes, methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory. Developed the theoretical basis of preparation of cellulose-containing textile materials at low temperatures. The technology, allowing to carry out the bleaching process without the use of steam and hot water, to reduce the duration of the bleaching process at a low temperature. Areas of use - for dyeing and finishing textile industry.
