Essay

The thesis is developed and scientifically substantiated the concept masters' of the university management training to informational management activities in educational institutions, which covers three interrelated concepts: methodological, theoretical and technological. The developed and scientifically grounded organizational and methodical system of masters' training includes the administrative system informatisation of the educational process in higher education, under which it's understood a set of information and technological measures aimed to improve its activity as the system and structural and functional model of masters in the higher institution management training to the administrative activity informatisation, which provides consistently decomposed blocks, that reveal their essence and functional relations: methodological and oriented one (goal, objectives, approaches - systematic, personality oriented, competence, activity and principles as well); implemented and procedure block (content, forms, methods, technologies); evaluative and effective (components, criteria, indicators and levels of readiness, result); pedagogical conditions of masters in higher institution management training to informational management of the educational institution. The nature, specifics and components of management's informatisation of educational institution and peculiarities of the administrative activity informatization in educational system establishments are determined by the author in the study. The structure of masters' in the higher institution management training to administrative activity's informatisation, which includes the following components: constructive, gnostic, projecting, organisational. The masters in higher institution management readiness to administrative activity informatisation of the educational institution is defined as a set of interrelated and interdependent elements, each of which determines the ability to resolve administrative and organizational tasks on the basis of the developed informational technologies knowledge and culture, on their adequate ICT usage in individual and independent professional activity; the meaning of notions: "administration (management)", "informatisation", "administrative informatisation of educational process in educational institutions", "informational educational environment of higher institution" are clarified by the author. The criteria (value-motivational, cognitive-investigative, operational-activity) with corresponding indicators are pointed out: the value-motivational indicators are: future professionals' awareness of the necessity and the importance of the administrative activities informatization; the necessity in acquiring competency in information technologies administration and management of educational process in higher education establishments; the cognitive-cognitive indicators: masters' knowledge in administrative informatisation of the educational process in higher education institutions; knowledge of the best ways and means of information design exercises; expression of the activity, creativity and initiative in the process of the educational institution's management informatization in higher education establishments; operational and activity criteria with the following indicators: the ability to organize administrative informatisation of educational process in higher education institutions; the ability quickly adjust and rebuild informatisation in depending on specific conditions, the specialty, the type of the institution; systematically organize training using informatisation of the educational process; the desire to focus on the experience exchange in the field of administrative informatisation of the educational process in higher educational institutions. The criteria and indicators are basis of masters in educational institution management readiness to administrative activities informatisation levels' characteristics, they are as follows: elementary, primary, sufficient and high. Pedagogical conditions of masters in specialty "Education establishment's management" to administrative activities informatisation are determined: the provision of individualisation and humanisation of masters in management training using informational technologies; the ensuring a productive process of self-identity through the development of undergraduate and self-perception professionally oriented activities and self-actualisation of its potential; the organisation and functioning of the information educational environment institutions focused on training of masters to management informatisation. The training and methodical support of this process is improved and implemented in the educational process of higher educational institutions. The introduction in the professional preparation of the training course "Informational culture of the educational institution manager" contributed to future managers' skills of autonomy in preparing and conducting various forms of management informatisation of the educational process development and formation as well as the personal responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of this work. The organizational forms that provide the effective training of masters to the administrative informatisation of the educational process were different types of lectures, workshops, methodological seminars and independent work. In order to ensure the effective training of masters on university management to administrative activities informatisation following technologies were selected: personality-oriented, informational-communicative, designing, technologies of the educational process management, technology of information obtaining.
