Essay

The object – a professional-pedagogical training of the future teachers. The goal - to scientifically substantiate and test the concept and structural-functional model of training of the future teachers for pedagogical tutor activities. There are theoretical, empirical, statistical methods. Novelty - were developed and scientifically-grounded concept of training of the future teachers for pedagogical tutor activities. The essence of the phenomenon of "future teachers’ preparedness for pedagogical tutor activities." It developed and proved pedagogical conditions and the structural-functional model of training of the future teachers for pedagogical tutor activities. Farther developed the theory and methods of professional training of future teachers. Results - were developed diagnostic and experimental methods of preparing of the future teachers for pedagogical tutor activities. The effectiveness of the implementation is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher education institutions.
