Essay

The object of the research is the process of training engineers who are teaching at the higher educational establishments. The aim of the research is to prove the theoretical and methodological foundations of the continuous professional and legal training of the engineers who are teaching and develop and experimentally evaluate its system during the vocational training at the higher educational establishments. The methods of the research are the analysis, comparison, generalization, synthesis, general scientific, empirical method, the methods of the mathematical statistics. The relevance is that it is for the first time the concept of continuous professional and legal training of the future engineers who are teaching is theoretically proved; the system of the continuous professional legal training of the future engineers who are teaching is developed and scientifically proved; the scientific and methodological supplement of the continuous professional legal training of the future engineers who are teaching is also developed. The main results and conclusions of the research deal with the development of the system of engineers' continuous professional and legal training and its application into the practice of training of the engineers who are teaching. The research materials can be used by teachers, tutors, methodologists to improve the training of the future engineers who are teaching when developing training courses, seminars in majors, electives, manuals, when writing term papers, master's degree theses. They can be used in postgraduate education of the future teachers of vocational training as well as in the on-line training. The field of research is Pedagogy.
