Starovoit O. Philosophical foundations of person’s innovative culture formation in the conditions of sustainable development society

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of «innovation culture» phenomenon which is decisive for the formation and development of modern society and the individual today. The author makes updating of some «innovation» and «innovative culture» terms at the light of the modern social-philosophical approaches. The main features of innovative culture creativeness, creative imagination, innovativeness, orientation on future. This paper analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of innovation culture. The personality is considered as subject as well as an object of innovation culture. The particular attention in the thesis is paid to the study the main factors at the formation of innovative cultural identity in Ukrainian society.
