Essay

The purpose of the study - to work out conceptual principles, scientific methods, plan receptions of town-planning development of network of preschool and general educational establishments. The object of study is a network of preschool and general educational establishments. Subject of research is town-planning bases of development of preschool and general educational establishments network. Research was based on approach of the systems, that included the methods of quality, quantitative, statistical and comparative analysis, model inspections, method of calculations of network of educational establishments, methods of structural-functional design, experimental planning. Scientific novelty: a new town-planning object - hierarchically inferior network of territorial districts, clusters and complexes of preschool and general educational establishments as system integrity that co-operates with other establishments of education and establishments of social sphere in the structure of housing formations is scientifically reasonable first; architectonically-town-planning principles of improvement of educational establishments network (multi-variant approach of models of studies, availability, optimization of educational zones, functionally-spatial integration, ecofriendlyness) are certain; the types of educational associations are set, the architectonically-town-planning models of territorial educational districts are worked out, as perspective direction of development of network of educational establishments, their limits and parameters are certain in cities and rural locality. Methodology of calculation of network of educational establishments of different degree is improved, the method of determination of radiuses of maintenance of establishments of education is offered on the basis of closeness of population of housing formations. Got further development of recommendation in relation to the functional zoning and optimization of territories of educational establishments, corrected quantitative indexes of parameters of school areas. Research results are inculcated in practice of the town-planning and architectural planning, in educational and methodical activity.
