Essay

The research identified European trends of integrating global and national educational ideas on the basis of European NGOs in the area of adult education. The national basis for this approach is a democratic process based on the idea of "lifelong learning education" and implementation of the concept of democratic development of civil society. The genesis of UNESCSO conferences in the field of adult education has been examined. The research determined the extend of outreach of European NGOs in the field of adult education utilizing the fundamental and perspective approach, based on comparative educational analyses of historical, legislative, framework, financing, customized aspects, as reflected in UNESCO conferences in the area of adult education.
