Essay

Object - regularities of formation of structures of spinal cord segments, changes in the morphometric parameters and cytoarchitectonics, proliferation of neural stem cells, the development of radial glia during embryonic and fetal periods of human ontogenesis and malformations; goal – establishing patterns of morphogenesis of the structures of human spinal cord segments in the prenatal period and at anomalies of development; methods – anatomical, histological, neyrohistological, immunology histochemical, morphometric, statistical analysis; results – for the first time with the help of modern morphological studies revealed patterns of morphogenesis and the chronological sequence of forming structures of human spinal cord segments during the prenatal period of ontogenesis and malformations; for the first time, a comparative analysis of the integrated study of spinal cord development of human fetuses data with the same gestational age without developmental abnormalities with fruits that have birth defects; for the first time clarified the morphology of neural stem cells of the neuroepithelium, their role in the further differentiation and development of gray matter changes and features of morphometric parameters of neural stem cells during fetal development; first studied the morphology of radial glia, its morphometric parameters and set particular age-related changes during the prenatal period; branch – medicine.
