Essay

Object of the study: infectious fresh-water fish disease, Aeromonas in fish. Subject: the epizootic situation among fresh-water fish concerning disease of infectious aetiology, biological properties of Aeromonas, development and implementation of preventive measures. The infectious diseases monitoring of freshwater fish that have contagious etiology in the north-eastern region fish farms conditions of Ukraine is presented in the dissertation. The impact of fishing techniques on fish contamination by bacterial pathogens of external fish's coverings was studied. Research of water's hydrochemical composition reservoirs that are using for fish farming was conducted. The etiological role of Aeromonas hydrophila was established and its biological properties were studied. Aeromonas hydrophila sensitivity to the action of physical and chemical factors was installed. Modes that ensure inactivation of its pathogen were offered. Features of the origin and course of aeromonosis of carps according to the different age and gender was determined. The range of pathogenic microflora that was defending at aeromonosis of carps and white silver carps was investigated. Dependence of Aeromonas hydrophila accumulation in a reservoir of fish aeromonosis of occurrence was installed. Aeromonas hydrophila impact on clinical, physical and chemical properties, amino acid and fatty acid composition of meat of carps and white silver carps in various stages of contamination was installed. A set of measures for obtaining high-quality and fish's safety that includes drug "Avesstymtm", "Brovaseptol-kontsentratтм", "Rybosan", "Kemzaym", "Bifitril", "VetOks - 1000" was economically justified. Drugs "Avesstymтм", "Brovaseptol-kontsentratтм", "Rybosan" were developed and implemented into production. The application of "Premi®Test" - rapid method for the detection of antibacterial agent's residues in fish was substantiated. Using of new methods of environmental water's, containers, equipment's working surfaces and facilities disinfection was implemented. Decontamination of Aeromonas hydrophila was provided: UV radiation, ozonation, using of ultrasound, using of chlorine dioxide an aqueous solution were provided.
