TIs revealed the general and special characteristics conceptology contemporary of global cultural space. It is proved that the development of contemporary global cultural space can be laid down only within the framework of new social and philosophical concepts. Multicultural-tolerant paradigm is included in the principles of the social and cultural space of the present and interpreted as a factor in the progress of modern social and cultural space.
