Essay

Dissertation is a holistic scientific research of the process of the formation and development of the primary school of Transcarpathia of the second half of the XIX – beginning of the XXI century. Here is revealed the influence on the development of the Transcarpthian primary school European educational legislation, periodically to which the Transcarpthia territorially entered. In this dissertation is developed the author's historical and systemic model of the development of the primary school of the Transcarpathia of the second half of the XIX – beginning of the XXI century. Here is discovered and actualized the constructive retro experience; personified ideas of the development of the Transcarpathian primary school.
