Essay

The doctoral thesis is dedicated on the comprehensive research of conceptual and application social communications aspects and identification their advanced models in the informational society, including identification of social communications effectiveness in the modern parliamentarism context. It has been proved, that widening and strengthening of scientific researches in the social communications sphere is an evidence for evolution of concept and categorical characteristics perception as understanding of natural human essence. It is denoted with a social status of a person before social communication will be marked as a main element of social reality and complex structure that is characterized by different political, ethnic, religious, social and other peculiarities. The author's approach to concept and categorical characteristics of social communications has let strengthen of the Internet social concept understanding, and that network is defined as a space for traditional and new actors' relations and as a structure that influences on the modernization of social and political relations forms.
