Shandra I. Organizations that represent Ukrainian provinces bourgeoisie (1861 - 1919)

The researcher analyzed the background of setting up the representative business organizations, their various types, the legal conditions for the formation and its practice. The author distinguished the characteristics, features and value in the socio-economic processes in the post-reform period of official capital interests organizations representatives (trade committees and manufactures, stock exchange committees) and private business associations (industrial, commercial and transport associations, agricultural societies, associations of financiers, congresses cooperators, institutions to promote economic development). Explorer shows the difference between the concepts "consultative" and "representative" according to the organization of the bourgeoisie. The thesis examines the representation of business interests of different scale of activity: local, regional, empire-wide.
