The thesis is devoted to the study of scientific problems ? the development and changes of the virtual space, which lead to a multi-vector orientation the pace of socio-cultural transformations. The development of society is a process of qualitative changes, so the analysis of socio-cultural determinants of social development suggests that this process is sustainable, purposeful and adjustable. Basic socio-cultural determinants of the formation of the information society, among which we should highlight the globalization, information, information technology, informatization and information culture.
