Essay

The thesis presents the conceptualization of "economic nation" phenomena within the area of social philosophy, which involves deconstruction of economic nationalism philosophical principles. It is focusing on ideas of F. List and other representatives of economic nationalism, who were claimed economic grounds to be essential for social development and to be playing a crucial role in the nation creating process, providing us with a possibility to identify the most important approaches and statements of economic nationalism for transitive societies in current world situation. Such analyses demonstrated a wide range of meaningful ideas connected to the impact of economic factors for national consciousness of societies.
