Aim: scientific rationale theoretical and practical principles of forming professional readiness of future mathematics teacher to use computer visualization tools in their work and their implementation; Methods: analysis and systematization, retrospective and evolutionary analysis, ascent from the abstract to the concrete, abstraction, systematic structuring and theoretical modeling, studying and generalization of domestic and foreign educational experience, observation, introspection, questioning, testing, surveys, interviews, expert evaluations pedagogical experiment, nonparametric methods of statistical analysis; Novelty: for the first time, on the basis of systematic, competence, integrated, and acmeological approaches were based the theoretical principles of forming future mathematics teachers' professional readiness to use computer visualization tools, which are consisted from specific principles (integration of informatics and mathematics knowledge principle, principle of cognitive visualization, targeting on using computer visualization tools, creating of the information environment and technological training), psychological mechanisms of visual perception, cognitive and visual approaches to studying, and its technological basics; it is identified practical bases of forming of future mathematics teacher professional readiness to use computer visualization tools, where reliance on the educational and technological experience, new experience in the practice, selfeducation stimulating, and rational addition of dynamic mathematic programs to the educational process as a computer visualization tools are leading among them; purposeful formation of the critical view at computer tools in the modern system of teaching mathematics; active computer and mathematical modeling; field: theory and methods of vocational training.
