The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, scientific and practical substantiation of a multidisciplinary approach to find an innovative modifications of pharmaceutical correction for patients with drug addiction and with deviant behavior through a combination of state concept of counteracting of drug addiction, drug-related crimes with organizational, legal and forensic bases by reducing the demand for psychoactive substances with legal support system of relations "doctor - drug addicted patient - pharmacist" from the perspective of the pharmaceutical law. The dissertation firstly theoretically justified and presented a new solution of scientific problem - increasing the availability of pharmaceutical provision for drug addicted patients by determining the theoretical positions of organizational, legal and forensic foundations of pharmaceutical research bases for innovative ways of pharmaceutical correction for addictive health disorders and implementation of practical recommendations for their implementation. According to the study of causality between the illegal circulation of psychoactive substances, drug-related crimes and addictive disorders of health through correlation analysis established a direct correlation quantitative measure of drug users of psychoactive substances and drug-related crimes committed by the average population; as well as the direct relationship between the quantitative indicators of different categories of crimes and drug addicted patients with addictive dependence.
