Essay

The object of the research is the process of creation of effective protective clothing of defined functional orientation. The aim of the Dissertation is to develop the scientific basis and practical methods of creation of effective protective clothing and its elements with regulated parameters, based on the principles of transformation. In order to achieve the objectives, general methodology of systematic approach to the design-projection of protective clothing, basic tenets of the risk theory, heat exchange processes, technology of garment manufacturing, as well as methods of discrete optimization and transformation, were used. Scientific novelty of the obtained results is that on the basis of theoretical and experimental researches it was created effective and modern protective clothing with regulated parameters as a result of: theoretical grounding and development of information base of the elements, based on the principles of transformation; theoretical research and evaluation of regularities of risk occurrence while performing the regulated operations by employees; theoretical research of heat-transfer processes of the employee and creation of instrument database to determine the parameters of effective protective clothing; development and implementation of scientifically grounded method to the formation of product mix of effective modern protective clothing and its elements; development of design-projection methodology by solving the problems of mathematical modeling and optimization of parameters, constructions and modes of set of protective clothes use. The practical significance of the obtained results is the development of new constructive and technological solutions of modern protective clothing, structuring and optimization of their range, depending on the types of hazards and operating conditions, development of recommendations for the type and allocation of the elements, based on the principles of transformations; production and implementation of experimental samples of the sets of clothing into the industrial production.
