The dissertation is the first attempt in the national discourse of philosophy to perform the philosophical conceptualization of paradigm of noohumanistic worldview establishment at the modern higher education. The dissertation is conceptualized the content of noohumanistic worldview genesis processes and revealed the specifics of its modern interpretation. The author carried out the search of "noohumanistic pedagogy" content genesis at the discourse of philosophy of education. The author definition of "noohumanistic pedagogy" concept as paradigmatic trend in higher education has been proposed. At this paper the author carried out the philosophical conceptualization of strategy for noohumanistic worldview formation of modern students. In this case, clarification of noohumanism categorical apparatus as a methodological strategy was implemented. The author reveals the essential characteristics of the concept "noohumanistic worldview" that has allowed the author to formulate one's definition. The content of the socio-natural harmony idea was disclosed as an axiological priority of modern society. The integrative worldview potential of "noohumanism" for modern education was demonstrated ideological content. The author substantiated the statement that (for the most part) modern strategy of formation of students worldview can not alone fully satisfy the spiritual needs of modern society.
