Sharandak P. Liver and kidney polymethabolic and polyorganic pathology under the Eastern Ukraine region conditions

Object of researches - polyorganic and polymethabolic internal pathology of ruminants. The goal of researches - to learn polymethabolic and polyorganic pathology of ewes' liver and kidney in enterprises of East region in Ukraine (Lugansk Region). Methods of researches - clinical, morphological content of blood, biochemical, instrumental (sonography, electrocardiography), hystological, statistic. Scientific novelty.At first time was made complex estimation status of internal organs and methabolic profile ewes of different physiological groups by using of common clinical, instrumental and laboratory methods. Theoretically and experimentally were proved effectivity of correction functional condition of liver, kidney and methabolic disorders of ewes, schemes for treatment and prophylactics of osteodystrophy, hepatorenal and hepato-ostedystrophic syndromes. Implemented. On basis of made researches were worked out scientific methodical recomendations "The impact of the environment on the functional condition of the liver and kidneys of sheep" and "Diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxys of polyorganic and polymetabolic pathology of sheep" who approved the Scientific and Methodical Commission of the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Ukraine (protocol number 1 of 12.21.2012 and protocol number 1 from 12.25.2014), received a patent of Ukraine for utility model "Method of sheep liver biopsy in terms of enterprise" (№ 75720 approved 12.10.2012).
