Research of conceptualization sociocultural and existential measurements of educational strategies formation of spirituality in the context of information-highlytechnological progress is carried out in the dissertation. Author analyzes becoming the concept "information-highlytechnological progress" in modern sociohumanitarian knowledge, which allowed to discover its disagreements and consequences in the context of spiritual self-affirmation of youth and to get into the nature of highl spirituality in the field of philosophy of education and a society in the beginning of ХХІ century during the epoch of information-highlytechnological revolution and to formulate definition of traditional spirituality and the newest one - high spirituality. Introduction of high spirituality in educational process will serve the solution as globalization challenges, as problems of choice vital and educational strategies of mankind, search of new ways civilization development of mankind. Key determinants of high spirituality of youth of the epoch of information-highlytechnological progress are analyzed. Axiological and ecologically-climatic aspects of formation of the responsibility of youth for natural and public changes are examined. Prognosis prospects of the future mankind at the stage of information-highlytechnological development of civilization are discovered, and as consequence, the need of becoming noosphere space-oriented consciousness and outlook of youth is determined and corresponding educational mechanisms of the statement of highlyspiritual picture of the world, and also philosophical conceptualization an ideal image of the person of the future and definition of the future noosphere space-oriented civilization are generalized. The analysis of existing educational strategies of spirituality of youth in the context of information-highlytechnological progress discovers absence of these ones, that has caused creation of essentially new educational strategy of formation fundamental determinant of high spirituality of youth during the epoch of information-highlytechnological progress, which is based on categories of noosphere space-oriented pedagogics offered in thedissertation.
