The thesis grounds the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the psychological foundations of the organizations designing at the stage of vision. The resource model of the organization's operation is built, the criteria are identified and the typology of the organization's resource models is implemented. The content of the organization's designing is defined, the structure of the organization is disclosed, and the place of the vision is shown. The peculiarities of the external organizational environment in the turbulent conditions of the society development are disclosed. The place of the human-initiator in the organization's designing activity is defined. The contents of the external organizational environment factors, such as economic worldview, economic culture, economic activity and performance are analyzed and their influence on the organization's vision is disclosed. The content of the organization's vision, as the product of economic activity, is defined. The typology of values, that underlies vision, is developed. The results of the empiric research of individual values influence on the decision-making in the situation of uncertainty by owners (initiators) and managers are presented. Empiric data which relate to morphology and ontology of the organization's intention that constitute the structure of initiators' intentions are brought. Essential differences in the morphology of intention and in the intentional pattern in the group of owners (initiators) and managers of organizations are discovered. The content and types of psychological and organizational technologies of the organizations' change and their place in the organization's designing process are expanded. The results of comparative empiric research of efficiency of the usage of social-psychological training, psychodynamics and Balint seminar as the psychological and organizational technology of the organization's change on the social level are presented.
