Essay

The Object: the process of future primary school teachers' professional training in pedagogical institutions of higher educational; the Aim: scientific grounding of theoretic and methodical basis of future primary school teachers' readiness for professional activity in the ethnic-cultural society in the due course of professional training on the grounds of ethnic pedagogics, development of a corresponding model of training and experimental testing of pedagogical conditions and their realization; methods: retrospective, comparative, genetic analysis, systematization, generalization, methods of interdisciplinary synthesis, theoretic modeling and projecting, observation, talks, surveying, interviewing, pedagogical experiment, statistic methods; novelty: the concept of comparative ethnic pedagogics was for the first time coined and introduced into the scientific use as a separate sub-discipline in the terms of pedagogical science; the notion of "comparative ethnic pedagogics" has been introduced into the scientific use; the grounds of comparative ethnic pedagogics have been defined: accentuation of human universals in the legacy of folk pedagogics of different ethnic groups, contrastive-comparative review of educational approaches of different peoples, research of the development of traditional pedagogical phenomena to find ways of the application of progressive achievements of folk pedagogics in the contemporary conditions; the model of readiness formation for professional activity in the terms of ethnic cultural diversity of the modern society on the terms of comparative ethnic pedagogics in the course of professional training, which is made up of a complex of sub models: conceptual, structural-functional, organizational; pedagogical conditions of the researched model realization have been theoretically grounded and experimentally checked; the field: theory and methodology of vocational education.
