Object: the management processes of economic objects in changing business environment with complex and problem situations. Purpose: to develop the methodology for problem-oriented management of economic objects as the conditions for management system modernization through the influence on their structure and business processes to increase their resilience to disruptions (failures), performance effectiveness and efficiency. Methods: system thinking, business process management, problem-oriented approach, goal-oriented approach, situation analysis, structural modeling, system dynamics, discrete-event modeling, operations research. Offered: for the first time the concept of modeling the processes of problem-oriented management of economic objects; the system-dynamics model of adaptive supply chain of an economic object; the set of models of the managing basic business processes in enterprises and integrated business structures. improved: the model of the management cycle to increase business processes efficiency; the method for controlling and evaluation of the performance of economic objects, strategies and projects; the model of the hierarchical planning mechanism of economic object's activities; the set of models and methods of the multi-stage processes operational planning; the dynamic model of economic object's output updating. were further developed: the procedures of initiating goal-setting and the aggregated planning methods of multistage flow process; the methodological approach to structure problem situations in the multistage flow processes; hybrid support and decision-making method; system-dynamics models of the management process of finished products stocks and flows.
