Essay

The object is the educational institutions in a modern socio-cultural context; the goal is to determine the civilizationally significant trends in the development of educational institutions and the cultural forms of their organization in a contemporary socio-cultural context; the methods are phenomenological, historical-genetic, structural-functional analysis, hermeneutic, dialectical, anthropological interpretation, and anthropological reduction; the novelty is, based on a comprehensive methodology, the development of the procedural concept of educational institutions, the transformation of which takes place by both external and internal logic of their organizational and cultural forms, which provides educational reforms with contingent nature; the results are proposed in the form of consideration of educational institutions in the context of an uncertain future at the macro level of developed modern societies and at the micro level of the individual's livelihood; - it was also established that self-organization of educational institutions is performed through self-report and self-monitoring procedures; it is proved that the driving force of self-development of educational institutions is their ability to act as self-referential social systems, autopoiesis of which can function only under conditions of communicative openness of educational organizations; the branch is philosophy of education.
