Ivanitsky S. Theoretical foundations of the organization of advocacy in Ukraine: principles and system

In the dissertation the theoretical bases of the organization of the advocacy in Ukraine, its principles and system are analyzed. The object of the dissertation are public relations arising in the process of realization of principles and functioning of the system of advocacy in Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is defined by the author as the formation of an integral theoretical model of legal regulation of the system and principles of the advocacy in Ukraine, the formulation of proposals and recommendations for improving legislation in this area. To achieve this goal, the author used dialectical, system-structural, comparative-legal, historical-legal, formal-logical, statistical, sociological and other methods and approaches of scientific research, a large body of empirical data.
