Chymshyr V. The methodology of project-based management processes of socio-technical systems

The thesis is devoted to the important scientific and technical problems decision related to the management processes improving formation and migration values throughout the life cycle of socio-technical systems by developing a new methodology for project-based management processes of socio-technical systems. As a way of the solution are two problematic factors - natural complexity of sociotechnical systems with a long life cycle and its high dynamics of the external environment with unpredictable effects on the socio-technical system. This has led to the need to develop a number of models (model of the life-cycle value of socio-technical system, model quantify the value of socio -technical system, model of social impacts, the model of quantitative assessment of social effects, the model of the technical system choice for the project, the model of local socio-technical systems behavioral features) and determining a number of mechanisms (mechanism of values formation and transformation it into social effects, mechanism of formation system of goals to manage the process of complex systems functioning in different scopes of situations).
