Essay

The dissertation shows the theoretical study of the processes that occurre while dyeing fibrous materials with dispersed, and cationic direct dyes.Painting with synthesis of the dye on the fiber with heterokoahulyations comes from nanosystems . The usage of semicontinuous dyeing process "in-cold" will implement substantial savings in energy consumption for technological needs. The results of the study on the impact of functionalization of the state of the textile materials based on acrylonitrile copolymers are presented in the following work. The dissertation demonstrates the possibility of the usage of antibiotics and antimycotic drugs of wide action as intensifiers of dyeing process of synthetic fibers. The possibility of the usage of triclosan as azocomponents to increase the stability of colors is illustrated. The developed engineering transitions to the proposed technology are also given. The technologies may be applied to existing equipment within the finishing production process without changing the technical design. Keywords: heterocoagulation, dyeing, dyeing process thermodynamics, paraphenylenediamine, Invalidety of use of Lewis approach to the description of thermodynamic properties of dyes solutions; change of chemical potential in solution.
