Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of socio-psychological model of personnel management in the institution (health care field) to improve the quality of medical care to the population based on the model of "leadership pyramid" of the head of the institution, dual model of personnel job satisfaction-dissatisfaction, model of the management of personnel risks with indicators, monitoring and auditing of 17 leading personnel risks for 29 partial indicators has been resolved in the dissertation. An organizational algorithm for its implementation at the state and on the institution level is proposed. It has been determined that the criterion for evaluating the personnel management process in health care institutions are staff turnover, staffing, the state of socio-psychological climate in the team, the presence of burnout syndrome among staff, and the criteria for evaluating of results - medical staff job satisfaction and patient satisfaction with the health care quality. It is proved that the implementation of this model in the practice of health care institution under reforming the health care system would positively affect the quality of medical care to the population.
