Essay

The research is devoted to solving the actual scientific problem concerning the establishment of morphological features of skeletal bones of rats (shoulder and bones, third lumbar vertebra) after 60 days of sodium benzoate and tartrazine use, and under the conditions of application of the indicated nutritional supplements with further simulation of the defect in the tibia. As a result of the conducted studies in mature laboratory rats, a different degree of reactivity of cartilage and bone tissues was established to the effect of various concentrations of the preserved preservative and dye investigated on the background of damage to bone tissue, as well as the study of readaptation processes, and the clear timing for the restoration of structural and functional changes in skeletal weaves -News The research carried out included the study of parameters of changes in growth, formulation, chemical composition and strength of bones. The possibility of pharmacological correction of the detected changes with the help of antioxidants of the native (selenase) and artificial (mexidol) origin was determined, a comparative estimation of morphological changes in the bones was made.
