The dissertation is the object of research and development of methods and models of project management systems convergence in a value-oriented approach. The three main conceptions of convergence of project management systems formed in the work became the basis for research, which made it possible to improve the existing and develop new methods and models for making project decisions in a value-oriented approach.The model for the formation of innovative methods and models, contains three stages of creating new approaches to project management and defines the stage of convergence of system parameters as a preliminary to the stage of integration and harmonization.
