Prudyus L. Quality management of the public service of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations and substantiation of the main directions to improve the quality management of the public service of Ukraine in accordance with the international standards and the norms of the European Union. In the thesis the theoretical and legal bases for quality management of the public service are studied. The analysis of the research of the quality management issue in the public service is carried out; the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the research is clarified; the legal regulation of quality management of public service is analysed; the modern requirements to quality management of the public service of Ukraine in the context of national and foreign experience are defined; the peculiarities of public service modernization in Ukraine at the present stage of its development are justified.
