Socio-economic factors of corporate education development are identified: processes of globalization and integration, global informatization of society, rapid scientific and technological progress, changes in the structure of workforce, etc. Multidimensional, polyconceptual and interdisciplinary theoretical foundations of corporate education in the United States, application of systemic, synergistic, action-based, competence-based, context-based, axiological, acmeological, andragogical, praxiological, problem-based and project-based approaches allowed characterizing the basic terms of the study of problem of corporate education in the United States, the core of which is comprised of interrelated terms - "corporation" and "education".
